Principal consultant Sunnibha Corcoran has worked for over 10 years within the Irish Food Industry experiencing a variety of roles from specialising in microbiological food testing to implementing and maintaining quality systems that satisfied ISO17025 / INAB and UKAS accreditation bodies. Since 2001, Sunnibha has been approved as a trainer with the Environmental Health Officers Association of Ireland. After acheiving first class honours in Training and Continuing Education with the University of Ireland in 2002, began focusing more on industry training and development. Since 2006 SMC Food Safety Management Consultants has been providing training solutions and individual food safety programmes to a variety of sectors within the food industry.

Sunnibha Corcoran is an approved trainer with the CIEH and SMC Food Safety Consultants are also an approved training centre with the CIEH.We are listed on the FAS National Register of Approved Trainers.
