SMC Basic Food Safety Training – 3.5hrs approx
This course is designed to give food handlers an understanding of the causes of food poisoning and the knowledge to prevent food contamination from occurring. The course will be delivered over one day with an informal approach to ensure involvement and discussion from all participants.

•    Food handling, preparation and cooking

•    HACCP Awareness (hazard analysis and monitoring)
