This course is designed for managers and supervisors or those responsible for implementing and maintaining a HACCP based Food Safety Mnagemnt System.
Candidates will understand the role of a HACCP system in meeting current legislative requirements.
This course is usually run with a business when the HACCP system has already been implemented and means that each topic is focused on their individual system and control points. Anyone who has attended this course finds it very beneficial to their role as team leaders etc while helping them understand their food safety system.
