The New Primary Course in Food Hygiene
The course has been revised and is now made up of ten sessions.
At the end of the course a brief summary session is held and the group undertakes a question paper set by the Environmental Health Officers association, which on successful completion will result in the issue of a certificate in primary food hygiene.

Course exam fee of €25 per person
Certificate issued by EHOA and valid for 5 years
